As a leader, you don’t always know where to find the answers to your important questions.  We do.

After interviewing hundreds of senior executives, we found several universal needs for continued development: Relevant knowledge that applies immediately to the real world and corporate strategy; Deep, honest insight about where they are today, and where they can go from here; and eye-opening experiences to refresh and inspire. This feedback became the foundation for our three-pronged learning platform that combines the collective wisdom of a broad expert and advisory group, the diversity of thought of a new group of peers, and the magic of traveling to unforgettable places; all anchored in the individual through assessment, and delivered through concrete development objectives.

After spending collective decades in the leadership world - recruiting, training, engaging - our founders determined there must be a better way to fuel continual leadership development. In 2018, Ascent Leadership Networks was born. Based in both Boston, MA and New York City, Ascent works to build dynamic leadership programs for individuals and corporate teams.

All of our programs combine these six practices to generate the most rewarding, highly customized leadership experience.

We believe leadership assessment is more than a test.

With your immense responsibility as a leader, you may well be putting the company’s needs before your own. This is a great chance to focus on you.

As part of our multi-faceted personal assessment process, you’ll take a deep dive into your own story: revisiting how you got here; building self-awareness; exploring your vision for the future.

You’ll gain clarity around the challenges you’re facing as a leader, your measured leadership capabilities to face them, get feedback on next steps, and renew your confidence and sense of self. 

We offer Assessments as standalone services or in combination with any of our other offerings.
